This release adds some new features useful for running veldfire from shell scripts, as well as changing the logging lock functionality to be more platform independant.

Changes:
Fixed Solaris build problems with flock, use fcntl.
Added switch to force process to stay in the foreground.
Added switch to log to stdout.
