Notes:
This release is quite meek for my standards, I've been busy with other stuff as well :)

It does have a really major addition: a well tested dotclock generator for VT3122 and VT7205.

No more adding dotclocks to the table, no more adjusting your modeline to get a known dotclock. The driver generates them on the fly.

Apart from that, the following issues are also fixed:
- The palette code now works nicely with 8 and 16bpp.
- CRT no longer blanks on certain CLE266 bioses.
- The host bridge is poked directly for the FB size on the chips i have access to.
