    - Update docuementation for the new export

 - Bug:
   - Exporting a record (set as trip) will give you warning when
     importing this record.
   - The delete button in the Modifying form was not there anymore
   - Change the header describing the export columns
     Epoch -> Date, and Full -> Flag
   - When the Record has trip value the exported value was -1.
   - The flag Trip and Missing Data were discarted on export
     and import.
 - Features :
   - When you export datas we export the complete flag not only
     the full not full.
  - Development:
    - Replace the "Average" button on the Record Stat form by the
      "Stats" to have a more consistent interface. (2 buttons with
      different label were pointing at the same page.
  - Make the line stand out in the script pFuel_compareStr.py
