Notes: Remote Question Protocol is a web service interface for assessment item systems developed by a goroup including staff at York, Strathclyde and Birmingham Universities. This release contains a PHP interface and source and binary files for developing a C# .NET interface. WSDL and a description suitable for d2wsdl (http://d2wsdl.sourceforge.net/) are also included.
