Release Name: 3.00-beta-3
Notes: This is a testing release for oscailt 3.0 containing many bug fixes. The next release will be a release candidate. Each of the modules still has a bug list, but none are very major. The install and import/export engine are the only major jobs left (I hope).
Changes: This release now support php5 and php4 without modification. Numerous optimisations Many bug fixes. New user preference module Simplified style sheet management.
