Changes: - Added patch from Goetz Gaycken to make plotmm work with both gtkmm-2.0 and 2.4/2.6 - All uint were changed to unsigned int to make compilation work for mingw-w32 (thanks to Mikolaj Habdank) - fixed several segfaults
