Notes:
Geographic awareness has been added. Latitude/longitude coordinates of Families are maintained.  A map of the congregation may be viewed and printed in three formats.  A new feature finds  the narest neighbors in the congregation for a particular family.  Coordinates for US addresses are looked up automatically over the Internet.

Several small improvements in the financial reports have been implemented.  The summary now shows pledges overpaid and underpaid.  The reminder report may be filtered to only generate pages for families who have not fully paid their pledges.

A bug has been fixed which prevented the address label feature on the List Cart Items page from working.
