1) Reorganized the toolbar, removing less used options

2) Unified the search options.  There's now one dialog for internet searches, and one for internal searches.

3) Added a "Define search" wizard, so that users can add support for new RSS/Atom enabled search engines as they appear

4) Added standard search support for IceRocket, DayPop, and Google's blog search

5) Added Tabbed browsing to the interface.  Search results show up in tabs, and users can create/tear off tabs
