Notes: We are pleased to finally announce a new stable release for phplist. This version mostly aims to stabilise the latest development version and therefore has only one major change from the latest development release: the latest stable FCKeditor has been incorporated. In comparison to the latest stable release the changes are too many to mention, but the main headers are: send a webpage, click through tracking, improved handling of sending of the queue, translation of the admin pages. Currently we have German, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Traditional Chinese, forward a message, advanced bounce handling, blacklisting of users who unsubscribe, option to use TinyMCE as the html editor
