Notes: This is an alpha release of the Net-Fu-Php package. It requires the GNU Image Manipulation Program from www.gimp.org and Xvfb from Xfree86. Net-Fu-PHP is an OpenSource (GPL Version 2) php/javascript DHTML implementation of the classic Linux GIMP NET-FU interface made famous by the folks at www.flamingtext.com. Net-Fu-PHP provides a web based interface to the GNU Image Manipulation Program ( the GIMP ) and Xvfb ( virtual framebuffer X server for X Version 11 from Xfree86) to produce a wide variety of royalty-free custom and semi-custom graphics, logos and clip art of various sorts.
Changes: This is an alpha release of code originally written in Java, ported to Perl and then to PHP with numerous enhancments. It seems to be stable and should work. Tested on RH 9 with GIMP 1.2.3
