Release Name: pymedia-1.3.5-pre1

Notes:
This prerelease is know to be buggy. I made it only to satisfy those who wants Pythion2.4 release on Windows.
Python2.3 version for Windows included as well.
For source distribution use CVS.

Here is the list of known bugs:
1. AAC decoder does not work correctly
2. WMA decoder has been corrupted and may not play somethimes
3. Video encoding has bugs with PTS/DTS handling
4. Muxing for OGG does not work

If you need the above features, please use 1.2.3 release indeed.

1. FLAC support
2. Muxer object is suitable for audio and video and become global for
pymedia.
    It enables simpler audio/video demuxing
3. Video playback rate was tuned to be as close to mplayer as possible
4. Precompiled version for Python2.4 on Windows available
5. Sound module for Windows works
