Notes:
Minor bugfix release; identical to marsbar-0.38.2

1) Removed some errors and warnings when using matlab 7.04
2) Fixed errors for options to flipping images L/R when using SPM99 designs 
with SPM2; this was a very subtle feature that I hadn't used myself until now
3) Fixed some code not used by marsbar, but by Phiwave, a wavelet 
package based on marsbar (phiwave.sourceforge.net).
