Release Name: 3.0pre2

Notes:
Trustees 3.0pre2 is not much further in functionality than 3.0pre1.  This is 
primarily a bug-fix release.  Locking issues were fixed and at least one critical 
bug was fixed that could cause corruption/hardlock in some cases.

   * Updated documentation for paths being relative to devices.
   
   * Major buffer-overflow that could cause hardlocks/oops fixed.
   
   * Moved to spinlocks for locking
