Notes:
This version is necessary to compile eIRC-CVS (eventually eIRC 1.0.3) as of today. The build.xml file was adapted to the newer Ant. The obfuscator is optional, but it's nice to have because it shrinks EIRC.jar by ~33%.


Changes:
Updated Ant to version 1.6.2.
Updated JAXP to version 1.2.
Added yGuard obfuscator.
Added licenses for all the above.
