Release Name: Release 4.0.1

Notes: Minor modifications and fixes. Animated SVG files were not disposed of correctly when closing an editor. The refresh/repaint thread of those files kept on running and CPU cycles were used up. This release is for Java 1.4 and Eclipse 3.0.1. The plugin will not work with Java 1.5 and/or Eclipse 3.1. I was unable to tell Batik to use a different XML parser than crimson (which is part of Java 1.4 but not Java 1.5). If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know. Dirk
