Notes:
Added Eigensolver to solve Homogeneous Helmholtz equation. Support for using Intel Math Kernel is added. However, you will have to compile the source yourself to get this working. The defualt binary will not have this support.

Changes:
-Better Win32 support. 
-Added sparse matrix routines for allmost all eigenvalue problems. 
 Now solution times are much lower and spurious solutions are almost avoided.
