Release Name: 0.10.3

Notes: The 0.10 releases constitute a major repackaging: Qt's native build system is now being used instead of the autotools for ease of simplicity and general consistency. QtExtra and GeddeiNite are packaged together with Geddei and rGeddei and the whole package is now called Exscalibar. You therefore no longer need QtExtra as well as Geddei etc. - it's all in one.
