Release Name: 1.1.10x_patch

Notes: This patch fixes the security hole in all versions from 1.1.0 to 1.1.10, where a hacker could register himself as a Site Owner (Level 5 member). The patch contains the file users.php, which should be uploaded to the main (root) folder of your Siteman website.
