        * config.py, share.py: - Fixes #411525 - error if index references
        nonexistent file.  - Makes directory that is searched for files
        part of config.py.  - Fixes error if directory that is searched for
        files is not found.  - Fixes error where the same file is returned
        multiple times in   various circumstances; cleaned up shared files
        database access somewhat.
