Notes:
Installer for SAPI Text To Speech (TTS) 5.0 used by PowerTalk to give synthetic speech.
Needed if not using Windows XP and SAPI  5.0 is not installed.
Will install on Windows XP adding the Mike and Mary voices to Sam that is supplied with XP.
