File Release Notes and Changelog
Notes:
This is the first file released for this project.
We have some wishes we need fullfilled before our 1.0-release, but before we get that far we need to get more feedback on our current systems.
Therefore, we released this (probably unstable and buggy ;-)) version now, so that you can test it easier than by using CVS.
However, as we get bugreports, find bugs ourself and continues on our wishlist, we will update our CVS-version.
So if you're interested in the latest bugfixes or the latest features you should follow our project site at SourceForge and especially our trackers.
The next filerelease will probably be sometime in the early 2005, so in the meantime:

Updated useradmin so that it is possible to change what group a
user is member of, and added the lang-variables for the
ACL-system, as it seems I've forgotten it previously. As far as I
can see, the system should no longer be broken, and it should fix

groups next.
