Release Name: 3.25pre2

Notes:
There were three instances in which opened files were not closed.  One of
these is possibly serious as it happens each time a user logs in.  This can
lead to the system running out of file descriptors and crashing nexuschat.

Changes:
* Fixed a few bugs in which files were not closed when they should have               
   been.  I am fairly sure that one of these lead to the email bug that was 
   reported a long time ago.
