Notes: A big revison of the IE Sidebar. This version allows viewing of all topics (not just the Weblogs topic as in the previous version). It also allows subscription-creation/deletion directly through the sidebar itself. Internally the system now uses a generic Message object that formats items with an XSL stylesheet that is downloaded from the Pubsub server at runtime. Included is a WIX installer package that contains all the necessary HTML and CSS files. There is also a "browser helper object" that manages multiple instances.
