Release Name: 2.2

Notes:
Release 2.2 contains significant bug fixes, including compiling correctly on FreeBSD and fixing several crashing bugs and a security hole where a .fct file could contain arbitrary Python code. It also provides some usability improvements and faster recoloring of the image.
