Notes: Fixed a couple of kernel panics. Added two new parameters to IBAL to allow you to restrict the amount of memory that can be pinned down. Pinning down too much memory can cause the OS to start to thrash and then hang, which was observed in previous releases. See the Release Notes.txt in the tar ball for details.
