Common:
Both server and client support FPS up to 255.
Misc. bug fixes and tweaks.
Client:
Bugfixes in the windows sdl client.
The x11 and NT (mfc) client are now put in separate
subdirectories.
New client option maxCharsInNames which allows
painting long annoying nicks in fewer characters.
New client option blockProtocol which lets you use
the old block based protocol even on polygon maps.
SDL client has new option texturedBalls which allows
selecting between drawing an empty circle and a
textured ball.
SDL client has new options hudRadarEnemyShape.
hudRadarOtherShape, hudRadarObjectShape.
Server:
There is a new version of the polybloods map, v8.3,
which has slightly faster settings than the v8.2 map.
New server option specialballteam which allows
specifying a team whose ball scores against all
other teams, new map dragon-1.0.xp2 which uses
this feature.
New server side frame scheduling is implemented,
which doesn't use an interval timer and because
of that obsoletes the timerresolution option.
Improved support for block based clients in server,
when the map is a polygon map.
New wall bounces which should remove the "wall glue".
Removed cloakedShield server option as useless.
