File Release Notes and Changelog
Release Name: 0.2
Notes: Version 0.2 Release Notes. Under my plan, I have to remove old codes from PMZ and import new framework : servlet-support, parser-exchanging, xml-support. but i found that more study & research needed to do that. so Version 0.2 could have just only new parsing algorithm using regexp. anyway, sPSP is now not just PMZ-extension program. :-)
Changes: CHANGES - new elegant parsing algorithm using regexp ( maybe somewhat slower than previous )
