Installation

Use the Eclipse 3.0 Update Manager. Right now, the Eclipse 
Update Manager and the Sourceforge download site don't use 
the same concepts, so you have to download an Archived 
Site from here. Then do "Help|Software Updates|Find and 
Install|Search for new features to install|New Archived Site", 
and point it at the file you downloaded. Hopefully somebody 
in the Eclipse team will fix this up (req: URL based Archived 
Sites). 

Once installed you may have to restart Eclipse, but you 
should see a new JarPlug tabbed-pane next to the Outline 
view in all your perspectives. If not, go "Window|Show 
View|Other|Java|JarPlug" and it should show up. It might 
show up somewhere else, in which case just drag it to where 
it should go (see the documentation at http://jar-plug.sourceforge.net)
