Release Name: 0.1

Notes:
This is the initial release of JValid.  I didn't include the required libraries with the distributions
to cut down on size.

You will need JDOM which can be downloaded at http://www.jdom.org.  This release was built and tested
with Beta 5.  You will also need a SAX XML parser.
