Notes:
full release for windows 95-xp, 
contains all you need to run
just unzip and run (9.0MB on Disk 25MB in RAM)
english and no UTF describes the localisation of the program,
the editor itself can handle Unicode(UTF)

more options per config changable,
no raw exit anymore(except you want it and manipulate the menu file)
