Notes:
Installation:

1. Setup the hosting envoronment according to requirements.txt including PHP and MySQL.
2. Install the cwiab directory on your server "tar -vzxpf cwiab-1.0RC1.tar.gz" The 'p' option preserves permissions on directories.
3. Open a web browser and load install.php.  Follow the online installation instructions.  You may have to create an empty CWIAB database first depending   on your MySQL user configuration 
4. Customize CWIAB using your web browser: Log in to your new CIWAB site using the administrative account, click on "Administration" in the main menu, and then click the "CWIAB Settings" icon.
5. Further explore and customize other areas of your new website

  * New module to lookup a verse by keyword or verse (BibleGateway.com)

Bug Fixes:
  * Can no longer change the admin account name in the installer.  (Can change later)
  * Filesystem permissions checks added for PostCalendar's templates and cache directory
  * Bugfix when searching for a word not present in the downloads section.
  * Cleared statistical data in initial DB
  * Enabled the Groups module by default.  This module is used to create additional groups and manage users.  pncgroups is still enabled and allows users to subscribe to a list of available groups

  * No longer encounter a blank page on *NIX servers after approving or denying a membership change request
  * File manager's initial root is set to ./public_files
