Notes:
Support for Flash and SVG has been added. THe support for PDF 
and SVG can now be disabled (to avoid duplicate filters when 
combining with the other image writers).

Changes:
- enabled SWF support
- enabled SVG support
- PDF and SVG are loaded separately to allow to turn them off
