Changes: 0.4 Added a basic installation script. 0.3 General tidy up of the code. Added the "use previous settings" and kind of made it work. Bit of a kludge though. Needs more work. Removed the superfluous echo statements. 0.2: Edited a bit to give it a more polished feel. Changed from simple yes/nos to radio button lists. Enabled "previous" and "next" browsing of questions. Tidied up the code a little. 01: First release.
