Notes:
This release contains the following:
1) Patch contributed by Ken Krass to fix bug that was causing SQLUnit to fail repeatedly after encountering a first failure.
2) Patch contributed by Rob Nielsen and Paul King to add pluggable reporters for SQLUnit. They also contributed the TextReporter (refactoring of code in SQLUnit) and CanooWebTestReporter.
3) Fix for bug reported by Dave Fishburn in the GUI SQLUnit tool.
