Release Name: 0.3

Notes:
Release 0.3 adds better mailbox management support, such as mailbox creation and deletion. It also feature message deletion (finally...).

It also sports a brand new feature - documentation! Don't get too excited, though - it's just a README. Hopefully it's enough to get most people started.
