Notes:
The commons library contains:

	* a fully functional panel with a list and the associated components to manipulate it;
	* a similar panel allowing manipulation of path lists;
	* a fully functional error dialog;
	* an elegant label component with a gradient underline;
	* a tips dialog;
	* a tabbed pane, allowing user-controlled dynamic showing/hiding of its tabs;
	* a very nice combo list for selection of colors;
	* an elegant titled panel (adopted from JGoodies);
	* a panel allowing easy design of various forms;
	* a UI factory class, producing various modified Swing components (for example with borders 
removed, banners etc.);
	* a general purpose Swing utility class;
	* a property table with expandable/collapsable items, capable of hosting and editing beans 
and java.util.Maps;
	* fancy toolbars, with alterable appearance;
	* an icon factory class for the Magelan icon set and a dynamic color icon;
	* the Magelan icon set itself.

All of the above components are localized and currently support English and Bulgarian language.
New translations can easily be added.

Changes:
