Notes:
This functionality release adds support for multi-head awareness and international keyboard. It also adds a few minor things as found in the change log.

Changes:
* Elementary support for international keyboard (US Intl/dead keys)
* Multi-monitor (also named multi-head) awareness.
* Force focus option. When activated, moving the mouse to the remote
  desktop keyboard input directly is send to the remote instead after
  a left mouse button click on the remote.
* Connection file for Win2VNC has now W2V extension.
* Setup programm registers W2V extension to open with Win2VNC.
* Wheel mouse also works when 'emulation of middle button' option is on.
* Run time tracing/debugging option from tray menu.
* After starting Win2VNC with config file specified, a next time
  starting without specifying a config file failed.
