Notes:
This release is mainly a bugfix release. Some usebility improvements
have been added. Please check the manual to find out about the details of the changes.

Usebility:
* Rehabilitate listener functionality upon request.
* Support Window and Menu keys.
* Wheel mouse 'extended selection' fix.
* Ctrl-Alt-Ins sends Ctrl-Alt-Del to remote.
* Monitor hosting the edge window can be specified.

Installer:
* File association selectable (default on for new install)
* File association not installed to registry if user has not admin rights
* Icons (program/quick start) on for new install, otherwise off

Miscelaneous:
* Enable XP theme on Windows XP systems.
* Take into account that the primary monitor may not start at
  coordinates (0,0).
* Handle client side screen resizes

Log/debug:
* Fix to pick up file logging mode on startup.
* When logging modes are changed, these changes are now written to the registry.
* Logging to file is now picked up from registry upon startup.
* After starting with -loglevel -console and changing other options
  afterwards, logging parameters were registered in registry and could
  not be reset. Now changes to logging parameters are saved to the
  registry.
