Notes: This is mostly a cleanup with minor bug fixes and cosmetic enhancements.
Changes: Added third database type, "Other", so that databases that are neither Protein nor Nucleotide databases will be run through formatdb. added support for downloading and unzipping databases with .gz extensions. Changed format of result link color code to be smaller and more concise. Fixed bug in homolog.pm that doesn't strip non-work characters from the sequence id's of revblast hits.
