File Release Notes and Changelog
Notes:
This is a major release of mp3ql with lots of new features,
many bugfixes and a very nice manual written by Dan Halson.
It is tested on Linux and Windows,
and runs quite well on both platforms
(beside some known bugs and glitches).
Under Mac OS X it performs not so well,
but that will probably be solved
in future versions of mp3ql and Qt/pyQt.
