Notes:
I should have made this release (which fixes a pretty serious
problem in revision sorting) a long time ago.  I just forgot to
actually package it up and release it.

Changes:
1.0.4:
    - revision numbers are properly sorted on summary pages and index
      pages now
    - better display of 'changed' lines on colorized diffs if the
      number of lines on one side is different from the number of
      lines on the other

1.0.3:
    - removed subdirectories are now properly omitted from summaries
    - special HTML characters are now replaced with their appropriate
      entities (e.g. <, &amp, etc.)
    - added a -q command line option to supress messages on stdout

    - applied patch from Olaf Groeger to fix subdirectory handling
    - improved the runtime output of CVS-Summary to give more useful info

    - Fixed bug in RCS string lexing.
