Notes:
Package: jassda-ext-libs

   This package contains the external libraries that are required to run
   Jassda. The libraries currently are:
     * BCEL.jar
     * log4j.jar
     * xalan.jar
     * xerces.jar

   These libraries should reside in the lib-directory of your Jassda
   installation.
   If you download a compact version of Jassda (not a jassda-<release>-full.jar
   release) you can extract these libraries by:
 cd to/your/jassda/installation
 jar xvf jassda-ext-libs.jar
 

   If you already have these libraries you can try to reuse them by copying (or
   linking) them into your Jassda lib directory.
