Notes:
- updated: improved skinning files. ability to have borderless modules, put placement of modules in the skin files, more options with module placement.
- fixed: uncentered tables in mozilla.
- updated: form class is a bit more organized.
- added: rudimentary tree-based navigation at the top, very primitive, to be improved in the future.
- added: toggle off and on availability of an internet connection. the only thing it does right now is change the forgotten password link to something actually useful. requires php's mail function.
- in progress: getting rid of the underline link color bug passively.
- updated: reimplemented map voting to rely on image thumbnails primarily. made it much less work. all you have to do to add a map to the poll is click a checkbox now. map thumbnails are now organized by game.
- updated: individual tournament pages - lists prizes available for winning top 4 places, lists results, lists status, team options, maps, link to map voting, etc.
- added: minor additions and corrections to seating map
- added: bargraph class file (time remaining, tournament graph, polls, etc).
- fixed: no longer requires short_open_tags!!!
- added: gaming rig fields, gaming rig statistics graphs.
- updated: forms class now allows more than one field per line.
- added: complete prize drawing functionality.
- added: page where users can view prizes.
- added: automatic advancement of users in tournaments with correct score input. (!!!!)
