Notes:
Ready to run when uncompressed with directory structure preserved.
Requires the standard OpenGL DLL. Other DLLs are included with
the distribution.
This is the second, updated, release of FooBillard 2.9 for the
Win32 platform. A few major missing features have been added.
WHAT HAS BEEN FIXED IN FooBillard-2.9-Win32-2
* Changing resolution takes effect the next time you run the game.
* Full/windowed screen switching also works in the same way.
* This port handles command line options. These options are remembered
if you quit the program using the main menu.
* This port saves and restores user preferences.
WHAT STILL DOESN'T WORK
* Network play is completely untested. See below for explanation.
