Changes:
  - improved feedback in the Add window. You are
    now told if the specified feed already exists.
  = new menu item for deleting all etag/modified
    entries. Handy if you accidentally (or not)
    deleted your entire cache and now some feeds
    won't give you their contents due to the fact
    that the etag stored in Pears tells them you
    already have those contents. Look under 
    Options -> Advanced if you need this.
  - removed some redundant console messages which
    were introduced in beta 8
