Added support for Ext3 indexed directories (from Linux 2.6.0-
test10).

Added e2undel utility. See /usr/local/share/doc/
E2UNDEL_README.

Implemented ext2_ioctl() in the kernel driver so lsattr and chattr
work with the extended EXT2 flags. We also now respect the
NOATIME inode flag.

Added support for Ext2 sysctl's. Variables appear under the
"vfs.e2fs" MIB.

Mount SYNC is now respected when writing group buffers.

Includes 1.0.1 fix for dir corruption bug.
