lingoteach-sound are the sound files for LingoTeach, the language teaching application.

This is a bug fix release only. Due to the fact, that liblingoteach uses
the sound attributes to determine sound file paths, the old sound packages were not found correctly (Thanks to Dag Bakke for reporting this).
