Changes: * Fixed bug that removed multiple spaces from messages. * Fixed bug that incorrectly parsed channel and user modes (thank you Klemen and Xedecimal). * Add SSL connection to the IRC server. (Windows only) * Fixed rare Identd shutdown bug (thank you Klemen). * Added mIRC color methods. * Removed SafeReader. Not a bad idea but it needs more work. * Assembly now has a strong name.
