Hello,

Thank you for using Aeonserv. It is my pleasure to release version
1.4.50. Following is a quickly detailed explanation of whats going on.

>>Components within Aeonserv which have updated since 1.2.05

Apache updates from 2.0.47 to 2.0.48, MySQL updates from 4.0.15 to
4.0.16, PHP updates from 4.3.3 to 4.3.4 and SciTE updates from 1.55 to
1.56.

>>Issues which have been addressed in this version

If in case you've selected a MySQL server other than mysqld-nt.exe,
mysqld-nt.exe will be used anyway upon first launch of Aeonserv. This
has now been addressed. Previously, not installing PHP would case
trouble with Apache launching, this is now fixed. Some important
configuration files and databases are now backed-up on every
installation. Newer installations will now backup the backups in
incremental steps (i.e. 0001, 0002, etc). The configuration files for
the installation have been moved from usercon to ascon and now the
usercon directory is deleted. The overwriting of MySQL's my.ini is now
off so to prevent customized MySQL setups from being overwritten.

Aeonserv interface. That's right, a little more on that later! Thank
you Onno, it is of the highest honor to have you on the team! I would
also like to thank Lucas Saud for some of his suggestions which have
no doubt been not only considered but addressed. Lucas, I will get to
your other suggestions as soon as time permits! Thank you Lucas, more
members like yourself with positive comments will help to speed along
Aeonserv's rising tide!

Yes, an interface which will help administrating Aeonserv a lot more
simpler than it is now. In fact percentage wise, you can pretty much
amp up the ease ;) Too much info cannot go into this issue but I
promise all those of you interested have every right to post your
wishes otherwise believe in tyranny and keep quite :)

Good at graphics? What are you good at? Good at anything?? Can you
help Aeonserv in anyway? I'd really like to get some help on the
project so to help improve the speed to the future. If you're
interested, get active on the site, I am watching and would like to

Changes:

Apache is no longer PHP dependent, and will now start without PHP installed.
