Notes: This time two major changes: - preferences are now stored in proper places, such as the user registry on Windows and home directories on UNIX and similar systems. This means they do not require write access in the in installation directory anymore and they are per-user now. The preferences can now be changed with a dialog. - more plugin work. Image export options have been outsourced into plugins, thus reducing the size of the main program significantly. Look and Feel plugins can be used.
